We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners, and orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days depending on location. While we take great care to ensure product quality, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect, reported within 3 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging; perfumes once opened and customized abayas are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.

At HijabJees, we accept returns or exchanges only if a wrong item is delivered or the product has a manufacturing defect.
