At HijabJees, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we ensure that every product is carefully checked before dispatch, we understand that issues may arise. Please read our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

You received the wrong item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Timeframe

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Perfumes (once opened or unsealed) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Customized or altered abayas are also non-returnable.
4. Process

Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
5. Refunds/Exchanges

After inspection, if the return is approved, you may choose between:

Exchange: Replace with the correct product or another design of similar value.

Refund: Issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer (processing time 7–10 business days).

6. Damages During Transit
HijabJees is not responsible for damages caused by courier mishandling. However, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service where possible.
