While we take great care to ensure product quality, returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of wrong item delivered or manufacturing defect, reported within 3 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging; perfumes once opened and customized abayas are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our part.
